Meet Your Coach
I am Irina.
I am a positive psychology-based Health and Wellbeing Coach and Yoga Nidra teacher. But more than my credentials, I am a woman who understands what it feels like to live at the edge of yourself, anxious, depleted, and quietly longing for something steadier.
I believe that the therapist heals the wound. The coach gives you the tools to grow, flourish, and apply what you need in your life. That is what we do together. I am your sparring partner, your accountability partner, and your guide into the HOW. How to build calm. How to be present. How to create capacity in your life and learn to pivot when things shift.
I am grounded, direct, and deeply committed to the women I work with. And I will walk beside you every step of the way.
Every practice is adapted to your current season, your capacity, and the way your nervous system responds. Your goals and vision are woven throughout every step. What you want your life to feel like, what rest could mean for you, what joy looked like before the weight of it all. We work toward that together, so this becomes more than relief. The 12-Week Experience
Finding Your Ground
Before anything else, you are invited to simply arrive. Through personalized Yoga Nidra and nervous system practices, we create the conditions for your body to soften out of constant vigilance and begin to trust that it is safe to slow down. Many women experience this as the first real breath they have taken in years.
The Great Exhale
As your system begins to settle, we turn toward what has been underneath the busyness. Drawing on positive psychology and evidence-informed coaching, this phase helps you reconnect with your strengths, your needs, and the woman you are when you are not simply surviving. Clarity begins to emerge naturally when the noise quiets.
Cultivating Joy
Positive psychology tells us that wellbeing is not the absence of difficulty. It is the active presence of meaning, pleasure, and connection. This phase reawakens the parts of you that may have gone quiet. Lightness, nourishment, and aliveness become not something you chase but something you remember.
Living From Here
The final phase is about carrying this new relationship with yourself into everyday life. Through closing resting practices and reflective coaching, what began as relief becomes something real, lasting, and entirely yours.
Twelve weekly private sessions, held virtually and scheduled around your life. Continuous support between sessions, along with tools and practices to work with in your own time. Everything adapted to you, your season, and your capacity.
